2009 Congress: Uniting global heavy oil leaders

World Heavy Oil Congress 2009 was a resounding success, with over 1,000 registered delegates, exhibitors, visitors, stakeholders and sponsors from nearly 30 countries taking part in the three-day business and technical conference and social networking events.
